Just reading your blog through Sara's and reading your post about anger. I will share with you something that was said to me at a difficult time in my life that has always stayed with me: Anger is like swallowing poison and waiting for the other person to die. I think of that often and how it is so true. It reminds me that the only person really hurting from the anger is me. Best wishes in 2009..you sound like you are off to a great start!
