Friday we received the news that Libby is cancer free. I am so happy for her, Justin, and Ava. Her story is amazing...one of faith, courage, and love. Through the ups and downs she never lost sight of what was important. She has been an inspiration to so many...family, friends, and even people who have never met her. I am so proud of her, as well as Justin.
I want to personally thank everyone for your prayers, encouragement, and support... and thank you Libby for being the person that you are.
Saturday afternoon Stephanie, Mike, and Tyler stopped by the boat for a visit. Stephanie brought a bottle of champagne to celebrate. Stephanie, Shirl and I set on the top deck...very unusal for February...and toasted Libby and her good news, enjoying the beautiful day. Stephanie is very involved in fund raising for cancer, and has been for quite some time. Thanks Steph.
It is Sunday and a gentle rain is falling. I am sitting on the front deck listening to music and enjoying the sweetness of doing nothing... thinking about my family...we are so blessed.

What a wonderful feeling when we found out the news. Just can't stop thinking what a blessing this is. It truly has touched so many lives including mine. I sit quietly with tears in my eyes still thanking God and all of those that have prayed for them and the lives that have been touched forever. What a wonderful feeling! ~Shirl
