I am 100% sure that is Jack Floyd. - however the picture was taken at pigeon forge in TN at one of those ol fashioned photo shops with antique clothes from the 50s

Look at my beautiful little boy in his bright red snowsuit. I remember the day I took that picture. We had just moved into that apartment and that wagon was in the back yard. It was at 417 Oak Street in Ludlow. You loved being out in the yard.
I have always been so proud of you and your two beautiful children and their beautiful children. I have to admit that Jack favors you. Love Mom
